Returns and Exchanges
We are happy you found something you liked here! But did you buy your friend that awesome T-shirt in a Large when in fact he’s a Medium? No problem! Our Return Policy is easy peasy: we want everyone to be happy!
Here’s what you need to do to get an exchange/refund:
- Return the item to us within 30 days of you order being shipped.
- Return the item in the same condition as you received it.
- Returns can be sent through your local post office. Local postage rates apply.
Please note, no exchanges or refunds will be accepted for any on sale/discounted items purchased.
- Send an email to email@example.com including your name, date of the order, order # and the reason for the return/exchange.
- Once you’ve received an email from our hard-working beavers confirming your return, please print out the email.
- Ship the item back with the printed copy of the email.
- Once we have received your return, the cost will be refunded onto the same card that was used to place the order. If you have requested an exchange, the new item(s) will be shipped out to you within 5-10 business days. Please note, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive the package including the undamaged item and the confirmation email, we will issue the refund within ten business days.
What if my order arrived damaged?
If this happens, we are sorry! Please send an email and photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will replace your order.
